Wrong fit or not happy

If a part does not fit the machine we said it fits, or you are not happy with it, tell us within 30 days of delivery. Email info@farmsipsupreme.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it, swap it for the right part, or refund it. Return shipping on a wrong-fit part is on us.

Broke in use

PETG is tough, but if a part cracks or breaks under normal use in the first 90 days, send us a photo and we will print you another one.

Custom and fleet orders

Parts printed with your name or logo, or made to your drawing, are not returnable unless we got it wrong.

Print files (STL)

Digital files are not refundable once the download link has been sent. If a file will not open or slice, tell us and we will fix the file or refund you.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the part or approving the claim.
